Diemarco has delivered a range of projects across the Ayrburn estate, supporting both the operational backbone of the site and the outdoor experiences that define it.

The Ayrburn Maintenance Shed serves as the central hub for on-site staff, combining functional workspace with thoughtful planning. The building incorporates offices, a kitchen, and meeting space on the upper level, with a spacious three-bay workshop below - designed for durability, efficiency, and daily use.

Alongside this, Diemarco has completed a series of outdoor works that contribute to the estate’s atmosphere and visitor experience. These include the Gatehouse, fountains, stages, schist walls and paving, hardwood gates, and bar leaners.
