Diemarco is a Queenstown Lakes–based building practice working since 2018 across architectural new builds, residential renovations, and detailed commercial projects.

We collaborate with clients and architects who care deeply about the outcome. Our role is to bring structure, foresight, and calm leadership to complex builds, ensuring even the grandest ideas are brought to reality.

Having experienced the building process firsthand not only as a builder, but as a client - I understand the weight of decisions, the emotional investment involved, and the difference thoughtful guidance can make. This lived experience shapes how we approach every project at Diemarco: with empathy, clarity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

As a craftsman first, I remain closely involved in the detail of each build, working alongside our team to ensure strong ideas are translated into built outcomes that feel resolved, enduring, and genuinely rewarding to live or work within.

Our Ethos

We believe the success of a project is largely determined before construction begins. By investing time early - understanding intent, establishing parameters, and aligning expectations, it all helps to set projects up to succeed long before the first decision becomes costly or difficult to unwind.

Throughout the build, we act as a steady guide. Anticipating challenges, navigating decisions, and protecting what matters most: the integrity of the design, the investment being made, and the experience of everyone involved.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Jock brings over 30 years of hands-on building experience to every Diemarco project. As a Builder and Construction Manager, he helps guide clients through decisions with clarity and care - ensuring builds are well planned, well coordinated, and delivered to a high standard. Known for his calm approach and attention to detail, Jock takes pride in creating a positive, confidence-building experience for clients from start to finish.
Mads

SITE MANAGER

Mads oversees site and crew operations at Diemarco, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and consistency. Highly detail-focused and proactive, he visualises each build early - anticipating challenges before they arise and making sure the work is done right the first time. The result is a smoother, well-managed process and the reassurance that every detail is in safe hands.

SITE MANAGER

Greg supports the delivery of Diemarco projects on site, managing trades, solving problems, and ensuring work meets the standard expected at every stage. Detail-focused and solutions-driven, he takes pride in building outcomes he would be proud to live with himself - helping clients feel confident, stress-free, and well looked after throughout the build.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Caitlin coordinates the day-to-day details of Diemarco projects, managing materials, suppliers, and communication to keep builds running smoothly. Organised, proactive, and detail-focused, she works behind the scenes to minimise delays and protect clients’ time - helping create a calm, well-managed experience from start to finish.
